Bacon. Oven, or skillet?

I grew up on skillet bacon. After trying oven bacon “as seen on TV” on a popular network, I’m totally converted. But it does seem a little inefficient. Any comments?
I do like to save the bacon grease for green beans and morning eggs.

being in the food business and having to cook a lot of bacon at a time i learned that even at home to cook it in the oven as you dont have in sitting in grease and it cooks evenly in the oven as in a pan it cooks sometimes in the middle and not the ends unless you have a grill press to weight it down and keep it from curling up……
